Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement is between you and Paragon Oil Co. (“Paragon Oil Co”, “we”, “us”, or “our” as applicable), concerning your use of (including any access to) the Services, as defined below and including the Website, App, API and other Paragon Oil Co Materials.

By opening, registering, or using a Paragon Oil Co Account, or by otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Customer Agreement and consent to receive communications related to the Services or your Paragon Oil Co Account in electronic format (as set forth in our Electronic Communications Policy – which also provides for E-sign disclosures and consent), and you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this Customer Agreement.   You also agree to comply with the following additional policies and each of the other agreements that apply to you:

We reserve the right to apply your payment based on our discretion. In general we apply payments based on AICPA standard particularly FIFO

To have a clear understanding of the conditions and business practices of ParagonOilCo and the guidelines on how to conduct business with us, please be sure to review our Terms of Use.The use of ParagonOilCo.com by you the customer, agree that the conditions set forth in this agreement are accepted by you without modification of any of the terms and conditions herein. Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement as a whole. Accepting these terms are legally equivalent of signing a written document. Agreement of these terms are required prior to all purchases on this Website.

Electronic Communications

This gives ParagonOilCo permission to reply back to you in the same electronic format, either by e-mail or text written on our website. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from www.ParagonOilCo.com or from ParagonOilCo offices or sales/distribution agents are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass on to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Your Account

Furthermore, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Pricing

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you register an account with us online and complete the online ordering process. Please note that this policy applies only to ParagonOilCo products sold on www.ParagonOilCo.com and shipped by ParagonOilCo. If a third-party site quotes prices different from www.ParagonOilCo.com, your only course of action is to contact the third-party site to settle any disputes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
